Best At-Home Workout Channels on Youtube

Lately, I have been finding myself turning to at-home workouts more often than not. If you’re anything like me, I always seem to fall out of my fitness routine when winter hits. It’s partly because I love to workout and run outside, but also because cold weather just makes you want to snuggle up on the couch. So, as we have started to slowly transition back to warmer weather, I find myself wanting to get moving again. Unfortunately, most days it is still too cold to go out and get an outdoor workout in, so I wanted to share some of the best channels I’ve found so far.

Just like anything, some videos and channels are better than others, and individual preferences can play a big role. However, these are the three that I think would be a great option for anyone looking to kickstart their fitness journey:

1. Caroline Girvan

Caroline’s page has videos targeting pretty much any muscle group you’d like to focus on. Types of workouts range from beginner level exercises higher level calisthenics. She has tons of body-weight workouts if you don’t have any equipment on hand, but personally I think her Kettlebell Workouts, especially the Kick-Ass Kettlebell series are really great for getting a full body workout in. Her videos do tend to be on the longer side though, with most of them being at least 30 minutes. So, if time is a big concern, this is not the channel I would head to first.

2. Growingannanas

I love a HIIT workout that makes me question whether I will be able to function the next day, and this channel delivers. Her videos are super easy to follow and a lot of them are “no repeats” which I love because I tend to get bored of doing the same exercise over and over very quickly. She has workouts ranging from 10 minutes up to an hour long, so whatever timeframe you’re working with, she’s got something that fits!

3. Move With Nicole

This channel is great if you’re looking to get into pilates. She has tons of videos for beginners, intermediates, and advanced watchers. There are weekly or monthly playlist guides you can follow as well. She also has tons of at-home yoga workouts on her channel if you are looking for something that is a little less high-impact.

No matter the type of at-home workout you’re looking to squeeze into your day, there are tons of options out there for every level and interest. Let me know if you try any of these channels, or drop your favorite down below!
